go green for St. Patricks day!

It's raining today after a beautiful week of solid sunshine, which was perfect for viewing the Olympic activities here in town - VERY exciting!
Rain is good - it encourages me to stay home and catch up on a few things.
I love this new single stamp from the Occasions Mini called Go Green - cute huh?
Using the Whole Heart punch along with the new style Small Heart punch I created the four leaf clover from Old Olive card stock. The stem I hand cut from a scrap of the same. I then mounted them on a piece of designer paper from the Tall Tales package.
Next, I used the Scallop Trim border to add some interest. This punch and the coordinating corner punch work great, I've been using them a lot since I got them.
Another new item is the Perfect Polka Dots textured impressions folder for the Big Shot.
You can see the results on the right of the card. I have run a 4 1/4" x 2 3/4" piece of Whisper White card stock - which is inside the folder - through the Big Shot die cutting machine, to achieve this wonderful textured look.
Last but not least, I've stamped the Go Green stamp in Old Olive ink, punched it out with the Large Oval punch and layered another large oval behind. Dimensionals are another easy way to add WOW to your cards - add them behind your stamped image to raise it off of the card base.
Enjoy, and stay tuned for more to come!

all materials used here are available 24/7 from my online store.
