When blossoms begin to arrive in our garden, they signal that warmer days lay ahead.
I've spotted crocus and snowdrops of course, but also forsythia and mini daffodils ready to pop. Even my honeysuckle vine is sporting fresh greenery.
Today I'm posting a card that truly reminds me of springtime.

Here is the recipe:
card base: whisper white cardstock, cut to 5 1/2" x 8 1/4", folded at 4 1/4"
layer: apricot appeal cardstock cut to 5 1/4" x 2 1/4"
layer: whisper white cut to 5" x 2" and stamped with flowers from the SAB botanical blooms set. I painted these with my watercolour brush and re-inkers, mixing up apricot appeal and pumpkin pie and certainly celery for the leaves.
designer paper: patterns pack in apricot appeal cut to 5 1/4" x 1 3/4"
ribbon: certainly celery from the SAB ribbon bundle
greeting: from a retired set, punched out with the wide oval punch

There you go, thanks so much for stopping by!

all materials used are from Stampin' Up!
