background brayer technique

This technique is very addictive, as it turns out different every time! Isn't it fabulous!
To achieve the look of the snow drifts you tear two sticky notes and use them as a mask.
I then used three colours of ink, brayering one at a time, over the mask and up to the top of the white cardstock.
Remove the masks and stamp your trees . Use a white gel pen to add a bit of snow to the branches.
Thanks to Michelle Z. for the inspiration!

stamps: Trees three (retired) Lovely as a tree , wish, all Stampin' Up!
cardstock: whisper white, black, Stampin' Up!
Ink: more mustard, creamy caramel, so saffron, Stampin' Up!
gel pen, Stampin' Up!
sticky notes
